𝐒𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐫 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐤𝐝𝐞𝐫 : সামির তালুকদার
Samir Talukder Apurbo is a young software developer, cybersecurity explorer, and penetration tester from Bangladesh. He hails from Palima village in Kalihati Upazila of Tangail District, under the Dhaka Division. He was born on May 14, 2010. In 2022, he was admitted to Bindubasini Government Boys’ High School, enrolling in the 6th grade. In 2023, Samir qualified at the district level of the National Cyber Security Olympiad. In the same year, he received the Certified Programmer Award from ICTD. In 2024, he was appointed to a position with Youth ICT. In 2025, he received an award from the United States of America Computing Club. Alongside these achievements, he is also a winner of a Programming Olympiad. Samir is also a young author. His first book, “Mr. Programmer,” was published at the Amar Ekushey Book Fair 2025. His second book, “Programming Operation,” was released at the Amar Ekushey Book Fair 2026. Several media outlets have featured Samir, including Tangail Protidin, Ektar Kantha, and Daily Sangbad 71, recognizing his achievements and contributions. Currently, Samir is a student. Alongside his studies, he serves as the Editor of Chatra Kantha Magazine Bangladesh. He also holds responsibilities within the Bindubasini Government Boys’ High School Programming Club and is an active member of Youth Network Bangladesh. From 2023 to 2024, Samir worked as a Software Developer at Finmail Limited. At present, he is actively engaged in writing and literary work.
